Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of HR, a cloud human-resources platform for managing organizations, employees and recruitment. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. The service
HR provides each customer (an account) a private workspace on its own subdomain, holding one or more legal employers (companies) and covering organization structure, user management, job architecture, approval workflows and the full recruitment cycle — vacancies, a public careers page, application links, a CV bank, interviews, offers and joining. Features may be added, improved or retired; material removals are announced in advance.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- Registration information must be accurate, and the registering person must be authorized to act for the organization. New accounts are reviewed before activation and may be declined.
- The account owner controls who is invited, which roles and permissions they hold, and which companies they can access. Everything done under a user's login is the account's responsibility; keep credentials confidential and remove leavers promptly.
- You remain the employer of record: decisions taken with the platform's help — hiring, rejecting, offers, terminations — are yours, including their compliance with your local labour law.
3. Your data and your people's data
- Everything your account enters — employee records, documents, candidate profiles, CVs — belongs to the account. We process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and never sell it or use it to train AI models.
- For the personal data of your employees and candidates, your organization is the data controller and HR the processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.
- Candidates applying through your careers page consent to recruitment processing; candidates who are never hired are automatically anonymised after your configured retention period. Hired candidates' data carries into their employee record.
4. AI features
CV parsing, candidate scoring and similar assistive features send the relevant text to a third-party AI provider for processing, within the monthly budget set in your account. AI output is a suggestion, not a decision: a human reviews and confirms it. Keep this in mind where your jurisdiction regulates automated decision-making in hiring.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to process data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to probe or disrupt the platform's security, or to build a competing product from it. Public pages (careers, application links) must represent your real organization and real vacancies.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but it is provided as is, without a guaranteed service level. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. We back up platform data regularly; you can additionally export your records at any time.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, endangers the platform or other customers, or remains unpaid where a paid plan applies — after notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service at any time and request export, then deletion, of your account's data; residual copies in backups are purged on the backup cycle.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, HR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data beyond its control, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms; the version date above changes and continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes are notified inside the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes belong to the competent courts there, unless a signed agreement with your organization says otherwise.
